Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Animato boxing with all protective padding to ensure the product arrives safely.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping information.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
